Terrapin Island's public hearing at Planning & Zoning was on 6/24/2021.


P&Z Commission deferred action, but the discussions among the Commissioners foretell that they will approve it.

There is a 316-house development approved to be constructed on Mulberry Knoll Road! This is a country road (developer will probably only have to add turn lanes for the Scenic Manor development).  (Google Photo of the area) This property has mature trees, non-tidal and tidal wetlands, species of concern (birds and salamander), and is evidently NOT the place for more homes.  (Photo by Judy Rose Seibert) The property is also located  between Arnell Creek and Dorman Branch.
